Transformational Leadership Programs

Transformational Leadership programs are yearlong cohorts focused on building community and elevating the strategic priorities listed in the university strategic plan.

The Academic Allies for Inclusive Excellence (AAIE) program is for academic department chairs and full professors.

The Transformational Allyship for Inclusive Leadership (TRAIL) program is for administrators at the Director level or ]in supervisory or decision-making positions.
